Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a nationally recognized civil litigation law firm seeking licensed Contract Attorneys to support its growing litigation practice. With offices across the Midwest and Pacific Northwest, the firm represents clients in a broad range of civil defense, insurance, commercial, employment, and product liability matters. Attorneys with 1-5 years of litigation experience are particularly encouraged to apply. This role is well suited for candidates who enjoy legal research, writing, and motion practice and are seeking meaningful litigation involvement without a heavy courtroom schedule.

Compensation: $45-$75/hour

Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week

Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis in support of active litigation matters
  • Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents
  • Assist with written discovery, discovery responses, and factual investigations
  • Prepare case summaries, legal analyses, and written recommendations for supervising attorneys
  • Support attorneys through various stages of litigation, including case development and motion practice
  • Collaborate with litigation teams to manage deadlines and advance client objectives

Qualifications

  • Active Oregon Bar license in good standing
  • Minimum of one year of litigation experience; plaintiff-side, defense, and government experience will all be considered
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
